There haven't been many posts here in awhile but I'd like to thank all of you for being there for me when I need it most. Times are tough for almost everyone this year and we are all feeling it. Thanks for bringing a smile to my face and I wish you all a very merry Christmas and happy holidays!

Hi all,

In case I missed thanking someone before I fly out to Phoenix on Thursday, I just wanted to say how deeply grateful I am for all of your kind notes, e-mails, texts, etc. about the passing of my grandfather.  Your heartfelt condolences during this difficult time truly mean so much to me!

I have taken great solace and comfort in your notes and these most assuredly will help ease my trek across the country to pay my last respects. 

I will of course resume replying to all individual e-mails and such when I return next week. 

Thank you all very much for your continued support, concern, and, most importantly, your friendship.

Chalk Talk...

Every year, Frank and I get to go to the Nova Care Complex to tour and meet an Eagles player and some of the coaches. This year we met Hank Baskett and he brought his fiance Kendra, from Girl Next Door and Hugh Hefner's ex-gf. She's very pretty...more than on tv and without all the makeup. This was our third year doing the tour. It was sad to not see Brian Dawkins' two lockers. Yes...two. We got autographed baseball caps from Hank. This will probably be our last year if the beer distributor gets sold.
