Annual family outing to Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, New Jersey 04/05/09

Every year on the first weekend of April, my family makes our excursion to Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ.   This year we were blessed with beautiful weather and had loads of fun as usual!  Grounds for Sculpture was founded by sculptor and philanthropist J. Seward Johnson and opened to the public in 1992.  My dear father-in-law/favorite contemporary sculptor began the family tradition of gathering us together at GFS annually at this time.  The 35 acres boast indoor and outdoor contemporary sculptures, gardens (many with "secret" nooks and passages),  as well as indoor and outdoor exhibitions.

Here's my best bud Big Bill and I taking a break from meandering.  Pathetically, we may have only strolled all of a mile and a half at this point.  :-0

Why everyone just forgot about this site?

Have you seen how many posts there were in 2008? I think like 138, this year there are only like 4-5, I used to love to come here and see what everyone posted, but now no one seems t be interested in this site, that sucks!

I just wanted to introduce all of you my little girl!

She was born on march 13th, her name is Valeria, it hurt like hell!!! i could feel everything, but every minute of pain was worthed once i saw her...  I hope you all like the pictures!!

Server Issues

Hello all,

Just as some of us had suspected, Tom confirmed earlier that the server is dying hard.

Tom and his team are working with their host service to bring everything back online ASAP, but it's going very slowly!

facebook fanatic!

Hi all!  Happy New Year and hope this next year is a prosperous and joyous one for everyone!

Ok, yes, it's true--I caved!  You guys can keep having fun at my expense for doing so, but so many have been pressuring me for so long!  I joined facebook 2 days ago and have been enjoying it ever since. Connecting with family and friends has been truly a lot of fun!  And, of course, I found many of you there and vice-versa!

Going back and forth with everyone from chat plus all of my other friends and family has been hysterical!  And I really am astonished as to how fast everyone finds you once you've signed up!  From ex-bfs in other countries to my cousin's college roommates, it's utterly amazing just how quickly one's friends' list grows and how far reaching this is!

I also agreed to co-administer a new group for us on facebook: Juju Play Members.  All are welcome to join!  We started it 2 days ago and  the numbers have been growing steadily.  Looking forward to connecting with the rest of you there as well!
